I am a French clinical psychologist and psychotherapist based in Mallorca.
I offer consultations face-to-face and online, in French, English and Spanish.

Being supported in your role as a parent
Parenthood is a journey of constant adjustment. It often brings doubts, questions, fatigue, and moments of discouragement. As your child grows and develops, your relationship evolves as well — sometimes challenging your reference points and reawakening aspects of your own story.
I offer you a space for attentive listening and reflection, where we can explore what is unfolding within your relationship with your child, from early childhood through adolescence. Together, we highlight your resources, your values, and your strengths, so that you can find a parenting approach that truly reflects who you are.
My support aims to help you regain confidence in your abilities and to nurture a safe family environment in which everyone finds their place.

Navigating serious illness, end of life, and loss
Serious illness and grief are deeply life-altering experiences. When faced with intense and sometimes conflicting emotions, we may feel disoriented and lose our sense of stability — even our sense of identity.
Whenever you feel the need, I offer my support. Together, we take the time to acknowledge the pain you are experiencing, to put words to it, and to explore its meaning.
During these times of profound uncertainty, when so much feels beyond your control, I am committed to supporting you with deep respect for who you are — honoring your values, your personal history, and the people who matter to you.

Soothing the present by tending to the past
At times, we may feel overwhelmed by our psychological states and struggle to understand ourselves. Painful or even traumatic life experiences can leave lasting imprints, shaping our daily lives in ways that feel confusing and distressing.
If you wish to better understand how your past influences the person you are today, I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can safely explore the connections between your memories and your present life.
When appropriate, we may incorporate EMDR therapy to help process “blocked” memories, reduce their impact on your daily life, and gradually restore a sense of calm, inner clarity, and confidence.
I accompany you at your own pace in shaping a path that reflects who you are — gently weaving together your past, your present, and your future.

There is no “right” or “wrong” time to begin.
You may be experiencing intense emotions, psychological distress, a sense of disorientation, or the feeling of no longer being in harmony with yourself.Sometimes, the decision to seek therapy arises from a specific event (illness, grief, difficulties with a child, trauma).
At other times, it emerges later, when a need for understanding or meaning-making becomes more present. -
The first session is a time to meet one another: we get to know each other and define together your needs, expectations, and the goals of our work.
Depending on your situation, the therapeutic process may then take different forms:
short-term support to help you navigate a specific difficulty,
more in-depth work over several sessions,
focused trauma work, using EMDR when appropriate.
The pace and duration of therapy always respect your personal circumstances and your individual journey.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a recognized therapeutic approach that helps ease painful experiences and memories that remain “stuck” within us and continue to impact the present. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping) to facilitate the adaptive reprocessing of these experiences.
EMDR is particularly recommended for single-incident and repeated trauma, but not exclusively. Some experiences that may seem minor can nevertheless leave a lasting imprint. Together, we will determine whether EMDR is appropriate for your situation.
